This is problem this worst virus I have seen in a while. It will screw with everything that you have to use to get rid of it. There are tons of pornography popups and fake firewall blocks that come along with it to. Good luck to all that have to get rid of it. I found the best way being to get into the task manager AS SOON as Windows boots, because this virus will prvent you from accessing it. Then stop the service, which I believe is something that ends with TRY.exe or SYSTRY.exe, and it’s all in capitals. I then accessed system restore and wiped this thing away. That worked for me, I hope it works for others…
It won’t let me run SpywareDoctor, says “Application cannot be executed” What can I do to get around this. I can’t find the files manually to erase them
My husband has this on his PC (no idea how it got there, he left it on while he was busy and came back and there it was). He downloaded the removal tool but this thing won’t let him use it. Every time he clicks to start it, he gets an error message. What can he do now?

This is really an annoying little pest. I cant seem to find a way to get rid of it. So far the only way I can access the net is through firefox. If I run IE it takes me to some porno site or viagra site. or takes me to the softrock homepage. its starting to become a pain. I cant seem to run any of my .exe programs I hope someone finds a fix for this soon.

This thing is almost impossbile to root out – not sure how I got it with a full suite of McAfee protection but trying to run the spyware software after it is loaded is almost impossible
