Computer acting up?

I can’t even start the task manager to kill the process nor start registry editor. Can’t install sw or anything. HELP
JP,
Please try to enter Safe Mode with Networking – it can be accessed via hitting F8 key when you’re booting up.
Then, try to install our remover in Safe Mode.
If that doesn’t work, try the following.
Go to Start – Run – type in ‘msconfig’. On the window that appears, click on the ‘Startup’ tab and untick the process that ends in ‘sysguard.exe’. This should knock Antivirus System PRO down for a while letting you install a removal tool.
I experienced the same challenge but was able to access Task Manager by hitting CNTL.ALT.DEL before the .exe launched at start up. The .exe to kill was a randomly generated name. After you stop it you will have control again. They are using a “Sysfade” exe(?) to take control
Also, I’ve followed the instructions from the antivirustech.com site and found they are accurate. The one missing piece from their manual instructions is that I did not locate the .dll they mentioned.
You can access the Task Manager with a minimal window of time right when your computer starts before the pestilent Antivirus System pro gets loaded and end the process. This happened to me last night.
I had to wipe out my operating system by installing a new one bypassing formatting. I got rid of the pest but now, I can’t get my OS reinstallation disc to boot up (It gives me a blank screen) in order to format my hard drive. I guess I’ll have to deal with this rather than those annoying threats and unwanted sites.
